TetraMap
Overview
TetraMap is a cross-cultural training tool for better behaviour and performance in the workplace. It maps the complexity of Nature into four basic Elements: Earth, Air, Water Fire. Then, using the power of metaphor, the map is applied to human behaviour. It is an elegant way to get people working more collaboratively and productively by helping to discover creative strategies for developing themselves, their teams and their organisations. Although TetraMap has its roots in New Zealand, it is an internationally recognised training tool. Yoshimi and Jon Brett first published the TetraMap model in New Zealand and USA in 2000 and since then it has been used with great success in many countries and with numerous teams across globe.
